Summary: How to immigrate to Canada in 2025

Only the best of the best make it to Canada.

  1. Before ANYTHING else, verify that you have enough money in YOUR OWN bank to be ALLOWED to apply. If you don’t have enough money, you will not be considered at all.

Do you have enough money? You must also have an additional CAD 5,000 to pay for your visa costs, medical exam and travel to Canada. Keep in mind that you cannot be in debt in your home country. Your funds must be clear and free.

  2. Now get your IELTS language test before you even try anything else:

An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is used to verify that your foreign degree, diploma, or certificate (or other proof of your credential) is valid and equal to a Canadian one. There are different types of ECAs. You need to get an ECA for immigration purposes.
